Clinic Operations 40% Lead and oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service quality. Drive continuous improvement of operational processes to enhance patient experience and operational performance. Monitor and ensure high standards of customer service; proactively resolve complaints and feedback. Plan and manage corporate health check-up programs, ensuring smooth execution and optimal resource allocation. Ensure compliance with all applicable legal regulations and healthcare standards. Oversee facility management, including maintenance planning and infrastructure improvements. Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless service delivery across departments. Human Resource Management 30% Plan and optimize workforce allocation based on operational demand and business growth. Lead recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes for operations staff. Manage, coach, and develop team members to achieve high performance and engagement. Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans. Collaborate with other departments to align manpower planning with booking volume and business needs. Strategic & Other Responsibilities 30% Advise the BOD on operational strategies, process improvements, and standardization initiatives. Lead or support key operational projects and change management initiatives. Build and maintain a high-performance, customer-centric culture. Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and decision-making. Lead by example in professionalism, integrity, and service excellence. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in operations. Effectively manage change and organizational development. Represent the clinic in working with government authorities and external stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned by the BOD.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related fields Minimum 6–8 years of experience in healthcare operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial role Proven track record in clinic/hospital operations management Strong experience in process improvement and operational optimization Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment High level of integrity, responsibility, and self-discipline Good command of English and/or Japanese
