Sales Leadership Lead sales efforts to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize repeat business. Business Development Develop and execute strategies to expand Axel’s market share in healthcare. Negotiate contracts and partnerships with key stakeholders. Represent Axel at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads. Marketing Support Coordinate product-led marketing campaigns that directly support sales objectives. Develop promotional materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to healthcare clients. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly. Team Supervision Guide and mentor sales and marketing staff to ensure high performance. Foster cross-functional collaboration between sales, operations, and marketing teams to deliver result-oriented solutions. Reporting & Analytics Track sales performance, pipeline development, and conversion rates. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development. Proven experience in digital health or healthtech solutions is highly preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and client needs. Competencies Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset. Excellent interpersonal and client management skills. Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution across sales, marketing, and product adoption.
