Description
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Intern to drive user engagement and grow the loyalty ecosystem across our platform. Reporting to the Lead, Marketing, you will: Assist in planning and operating loyalty campaigns across TAPTAP App (wheel of fortune, referral programs, challenges, triggers, etc.) and owned channels (social media, CRM, website, and other communication channels). Collaborate closely with Product and Data, Customer Service teams to monitor campaign performance. Support in analyzing campaign results and translate insights into actionable recommendations for optimization and growth. Support other tasks assigned by the manager. Support in partnership campaigns execution of B2B clients from the Business Development team. Coordinate partnership paperwork
Requirements
Fresh Graduate in Marketing or related fields. Experience working with in-app campaigns, CRM campaigns, or user engagement activities is preferred. Strong attention to detail with proactive ownership and execution mindset. Good analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and performance metrics. Fast learner with curiosity and willingness to understand technical or product-related concepts. Experience in eCommerce, fintech, loyalty platforms, or digital products is a plus.
