This role focuses on driving revenue growth through proactive market expansion and contract negotiation. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Actively seek new clients and expand market share to achieve individual and team revenue targets. Customer Engagement: Handle all customer queries promptly and professionally via phone, online, or face-to-face meetings. Strategic Collaboration: Coordinate with the product team and colleagues to develop effective commercial strategies. Compliance: Conduct all business activities with the highest level of integrity and professional ethics.
Requirements
Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields: International Business, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade, Economics, or Business Administration. Mindset: Strong passion for Sales and a clear career orientation within the Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry. Skills: Fluency in English (all 4 skills). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills. Attributes: Detail-oriented, good with figures, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
