Minimum 3–5 years of experience in community-based development work.

Practical experience in programme implementation, community mobilization, and participatory approaches.

Bachelor degree, preferably in education, public health, community development, social work or related field

Motorbike driving licence

Basic understanding of child-focused, community-based development and commitment to World Vision’s values.
