Kỹ năng chính
Yêu cầu
5+ years of experience in video production or advertising.
Strong portfolio in TVC, branded content, or digital campaigns.
Deep understanding of storytelling and visual language.
Experience leading production teams.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of post-production workflows.
Agency experience is preferred.
Experience with motion and digital content is advantageous.
