Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, engineering support, or related role is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
