Minimum 5 years of experience in upholstered furniture manufacturing or product development.
Strong knowledge of sewing, upholstery, fabric, leather, foam, and sofa construction techniques.
Familiarity with fire-retardant materials and relevant US/EU standards.
Strong understanding of furniture quality standards and manufacturing processes.
Experience in new product development and technical problem-solving.
