OVERVIEW Education Counselor focuses on customer relationship management, aligning customer and business goals to create mutually beneficial outcomes. An effective Education Counseling strategy supports healthy sales funnel conversions, reduces churn rates and increases referral sales opportunities. Support marketing initiatives for reaching out to new potential clients - Contact assigned leads from various sources (digital marketing, referrals of existing clients, events and partner network) - Set up & assist trials classes, events and deliver consultations to clients to map suitable learning programmes for the students.

Be responsible for monthly revenue target of assigned new opportunities - Ensure parent & student are well supported from the beginning until the end of the course by foreseeing parent concerns, problem solving issues, handling complaints within campus - Support Academic Manager with new and existing classes scheduling & plannings of studying groups - Ensure systems data compliance within campus - Create a fun, safe learning environment for all students

REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor Degree (preferred), Candidates with Basic English communication skill are preferred - sales & customer service experience and proven track record of achieving assigned KPIs - Customer service mindset, ability to work under pressure, multi-task and solve problems - Passion for education and love for working with children and young adults - Being able to adapt and prepare work ready attitude for technical skill industry - Perseverance, hardworking, positive attitude, willing to learn quickly & always improve knowledge further - Great communication skills - Basic computer skills

BENEFITS - Base salary: base salary (9.5tr - 10.5tr) + monthly & quarterly commission (average monthly income of full-time sales consultant pass probation ~14.000.000, maximum monthly income 20.000.000) - social insurance as per the law
