Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of working experience in the Quality Management/QA-QC field, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or supervisory role . Technical Skills: Bachelor's (University) degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field . Deep and comprehensive knowledge of international material standards, welding inspection codes (AWS, ASME, EN ISO), dimension controls, surface preparation, coating technologies, and QMS implementation . Languages: Professional communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese (writing, speaking, reading, listening) to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams . Preferred Certificates: Certified Quality Manager (CQM), ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or advanced international certifications in welding (AWS-CWI, CSWIP) or painting (NACE, FROSIO) are highly preferred . Soft Skills: Strong leadership, managerial, and team development skills . Advanced complex problem-solving abilities to identify issues and evaluate corrective/preventive options . Requirements: Experience preferably within heavy fabrication, steel structure, or mechanical manufacturing industries . Occasional site visits, client meetings, or vendor audits outside the primary factory might be required .
