1. Education - Bachelor’s or master’s degree of Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Automation / Engineering) or related fields. 2. Experience - Possess at least 5 years of experience in relevant engineering roles, with a minimum of 2 years at a management level within the manufacturing industry.

Experience in WCM / TPM is highly preferred.

Experience in managing large-scale or complex projects within a manufacturing environment.

Experience with 5S, Reliability centered maintenance techniques and lean manufacturing.

Experience managing large spare parts inventory and preventive maintenance programs. 3. Technical Competencies - Mechanical - Automation - Electrical system - Utilities and Facility system - Innovation process - Technological process - Ability to study and implement new technology to manufacturing - Depth knowledge of metal roll forming and stamping - Transmission and lubrication - Mechanical and electrical design software skills - Advantage: material knowledge, experience on mechanical / product design - Understanding manufacturing process - Having knowledge of Minitab, M3 is plus 4.
