CEO Assistant — Founder’s Office Location: Hanoi · Full-time · On-site This role is for someone early in their career who wants to learn how a real company is run, close to the founder, through actual work — not observation, not theory. You will work directly with the CEO on execution, coordination, and thinking support across fundraising, operations, and internal projects. This is a serious role with real responsibility. It is not glamorous. It is not cushy. But it is formative. What You’ll Be Doing Your job is to make the CEO more effective — and in the process, absorb how real companies are built. Execution & Leverage Turn rough ideas into clear plans, docs, and trackers Follow up across teams and partners until things are done Own small but critical projects end-to-end Thinking & Judgment Prepare briefs for investor meetings and key decisions Synthesize messy information into sharp summaries Spot inconsistencies, risks, and blind spots early Operations & Exposure Sit in on leadership, fundraising, and strategy conversations Coordinate across functions without formal authority Handle sensitive information with maturity and discretion Time & Focus Protection Help prioritize what matters and kill what doesn’t Filter noise and manage communication flow Learn when and how to say “no” What This Role Will Demand Speed Ownership Emotional stability under pressure Willingness to receive blunt feedback High personal standards If you need constant reassurance or detailed instructions, you will struggle. What This Role Will Give You Direct access to how decisions are made at the top Rapid exposure to fundraising, ops, hiring, and strategy Trust and responsibility far earlier than normal A reputation built on output, not optics Compensation: VND 8 –15 million/month + performance-based bonus. If you perform, your scope will expand fast. If you don’t, this will be uncomfortable.
