Travel Planner (Outdoor Education Program)

Manage programs end-to-end: preparation, operation, and closing.

Coordinate with schools and suppliers, prepare required documents, and manage cash advances.

Oversee logistics, equipment, and freelancer teams during programs.

Ensure program quality, safety, and participant experience.

Handle post-program documentation, expenses, and feedback.

Contribute to product development, documentation improvement, and inspections.

Native Vietnamese, fluent in English.

Proficient in MS Office and communication skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and adaptable.

Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Experience in event or outdoor program management is a plus.
