Working Hour: Monday - Friday (onsite Office) | Saturday (Work from Home) Report to: Head of Modern Trade Andros is a family-owned company based in the southwest of France and specialized in fruit and dairy products as well as manufacturing frozen desserts and confectioneries.
Today, our products are sold in more than 100 countries within retail, food service and industrial sector under our own brands (BONNE MAMAN, ANDROS, PIERROT GOURMAND, MAMIE NOVA, MATERNE, SOLO ITALIA...) or private label.
To complete our multi-disciplinary team in Hung Phat Fruits Producing co., ltd. a subsidiary of Andros in Vietnam, we are looking for an experienced and qualified candidate for the position: Trade Marketing Executive What You’ll Do For this role, you will be responsible for executing Trade Marketing activities for Andros Vietnam’s retail products to support Sales team in driving sales, expanding market coverage, and ensuring strong visibility across retail channels.
You will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to execute trade programs, in-store activations, POSM deployment, and field execution activities to strengthen brand presence and achieve business objectives.
Support Manager in developing and executing Trade Marketing plans for retail products across channels and sub-channels.
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute trade activities, including promotional programs, activation campaigns, sampling, and in-store branding initiatives.
Support Sales team in preparing activity plans, timelines, forecasts, and tracking execution progress.
Manage POSM activities, including coordinating with suppliers/agencies on production, distribution, and in-store execution.
Conduct field visits to ensure trade activities, product visibility, shelf display, and merchandising standards are properly implemented.
Coordinate with agencies and Sales team to organize sampling activities, consumer activations, and brand events.
Track and report Trade Marketing activities implementation results and recommendations.
Conduct market intelligence to monitor competitors’ activities and retail trends.
Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Yêu cầu
2-4 years of experience Trade Marketing, Trade Activation, BTL Marketing, Sales Support, or related commercial roles in FMCG.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field of commercial.
Experience in retail/FMCG environment with strong understanding of in-store execution is preferred.
Ability to work with stakeholders and cross-functional departments.
Good at English is a plus.
Comfortable with fieldwork, market visits, and supporting activation events when required.
Strong project management and coordination skills.
