Tour Operations Executive (HCM / HN)

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in tour operations, travel agency, or DMC industry

Strong knowledge of destinations, hotels, transportation, and tourism services — particularly in northern Vietnam

Prior experience working with Indian or European travel groups is a strong advantage Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and coordination skills — both written and verbal

Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, sound decisions on the ground

Strong time management — able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently

Good command of English, both spoken and written

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and travel operation systems

Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and public holidays when required

A proactive, hands-on attitude with a genuine passion for the travel industry
