Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in timekeeping for a manufacturing company with 700+ employees.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Good understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law, especially regulations related to working hours, overtime, shifts, and annual leave.
