Content Creation: Prepare compelling blog posts, articles, case studies, pitching deck and website copy that highlight TNSL's Fulfillment and Delivery services and achievements for Omni-channel sellers.

Design Support: Create basic design assets (images, infographics, layouts) for website content and social media to enhance visual appeal and clarity.

Research & Learning: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and effective content strategies to ensure our messaging is fresh and impactful.

Collaboration: Brainstorm creative ideas and work closely with the Supply Chain, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business goals.

Current University student (4th year) or recent graduate, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Excellent writing skills in both Vietnamese and English.

A genuine passion for writing and a knack for translating complex information into engaging, accessible content.

Strong interest in E-commerce, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management is a big plus.

Basic understanding or willingness to learn graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, basic Photoshop/Illustrator) for simple website assets.

Familiarity with digital media platforms (Website/Blog, Social Media).

Ability to take initiative, manage time effectively, and handle work pressure with a positive attitude.

Detail-oriented, patient, and possesses strong research abilities.

Nice to Have: Prior experience or portfolio of published content (blogs, articles, academic projects).

Experience with basic SEO principles
