THE SKY ELITES 2026 is the inaugural recruitment program for Sun PhuQuoc Airways' 5-star Cabin Crew, exclusively designed for experienced cabin crew currently serving with 5-star airlines around the world.

This is not just an opportunity to join a new airline with rapid growth and a vision to achieve internationally recognized 5-star standards.

It is also an opportunity to help establish Vietnam's first 5-star aviation service standards and become part of the strategic team that will write a proud new chapter together with Sun PhuQuoc Airways.

1) Experience Criteria: Currently working as Cabin Crew for an airline that holds a 5-star rating from Skytrax or APEXworldclass, with a minimum of 12 months of cumulative Cabin Crew experience. 2) General Criteria: Educational Level: High School Diploma or higher. Height: Male from 170cm - 185cm, Female from 160cm - 175cm. English: Minimum TOEIC certificate of 550 or equivalent (IELTS 5.0/ TOEFL ITP 450/ TOEFL iBT 35/ VSTEP 5.5/ Bachelor of English Language graduating with Good grade or higher). For the position of Cabin Manager: Minimum TOEIC certificate of 600 or equivalent (IELTS 5.0/ TOEFL ITP 475/ TOEFL iBT 40/ VSTEP 5.5/ Bachelor of English Language graduating with Good grade or higher).
