Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms, social media, and internal channels to maximize candidate reach. Source candidates and screen CVs based on job
requirements:; build and maintain candidate pipelines. Coordinate interview schedules and support communication with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Assist in drafting and updating recruitment materials, including job descriptions, job postings, and candidate communications. Support recruitment reporting and data consolidation when required. Handle administrative tasks and documentation to ensure smooth recruitment operations.

Third- or final-year students majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields Able to work full-time in 6 months and 5-day per week Good command of English (written and spoken), especially in reading and writing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva, Design is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Good organizational and multitasking skills Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn Passion for Human Resources, especially Talent Acquisition
