Support mass recruitment campaigns for production workers.
Post job ads on channels such as Facebook, Zalo, job sites, community groups, and job centers.
Source and screen candidates.
Contact candidates, schedule interviews, and support recruitment events/job fairs.
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment pipeline.
Assist in recruitment marketing activities (content writing, basic design, photos).
Support Employer Branding initiatives.
Perform other tasks assigned by HR team.

3rd/4th year students or fresh graduates in HR, Business, Marketing, or related fields. Passionate about recruitment and HR. Good communication skills, proactive, and able to work under pressure. Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or design tools is a plus. English fluency. Computer proficiency (Microsoft Offices).
