Support the daily operations of the Shopee store, including product listing and updates, image uploads, campaign registration, and price updates.

Assist in order processing and monitor fulfillment status; coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to help resolve order-related issues.

Support inventory monitoring and assist in preparing replenishment plans based on sales data and stock levels.

Help monitor product pricing across sales channels to ensure pricing consistency.

Collect and analyze store performance data, prepare reports, and support the team in identifying optimization opportunities.

Assist in setting up and monitoring Shopee advertising campaigns, including budget tracking and basic performance analysis.

Support the planning and execution of Shopee promotional campaigns (e.g., Mega Sales, Flash Sales) to improve store visibility and sales performance.

Perform other operational and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

Internship or project experience in e-commerce platforms (especially Shopee) is a plus, but not required.

Basic understanding of Shopee operations and interest in the e-commerce industry.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and willingness to learn from data.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Good aesthetic sense and willingness to work closely with the design team on product content and store visuals.

Proactive, responsible, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Good English communication skills (both written and spoken) are preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with e-commerce tools is a plus.
