Ensures vendors and their supply chains can support the flow of goods across all of Kingfisher’s Operating Companies providing the best service at an optimal cost to Kingfisher.

Deliver efficient supply chain operations as per agreed processes, and continuously pursue improvement opportunities on the end-to-end supply chain in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Support Senior Supply Chain analysts to manage all supply chain activities such as new project implementation, vendor introduction and management, end 2 end cost and inventory reduction.

Manage all internal application/systems, and daily operation of ordering and shipment to ensure on time in full delivery.

Work effectively & collaboratively with relevant stakeholders such as Sourcing, QA, Banner counter parts to ensure all CPAs are managed.

Deliver the supply chain solution in terms of Lead Time & MOQ reduction, packaging optimization etc. to reduce end-to-end cost and inventory as well as improving efficiency.

Minimize order processing lead time from receipt to official to drive operation efficiency.

Work independently to handle big amounts of administrative tasks with deadline.

Strong written & oral communication skills Commercial mindset and good negotiating skills Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a multinational environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills University graduate with Bachelor degree, preferably in supply chain management, logistics or business studies Fluent spoken and written English Trait: communicative, organized, detail-minded, solution-oriented, commercial awareness, proactive, adaptive to changes, good team player.

Travel requirement: 10% per month require traveling
