The Sales Operation Admin Intern will support our Vision Care SBU division. This role will support

Reduce administrative burden on core team

Ensure timely processing during peak workload period

Improve response time and customer experience

Allow team to focus on higher-value commercial and operational activities Primary duties and

responsibilities:Including but not limited to. 1. Contract Management Support · Coordinate contract signing process (follow up for signatures with customers/internal stakeholders) · Collect, verify, and organize signed documents · Scan and archive contracts in the system for proper record-keeping · Track contract status and ensure timely completion 2. After-Sales Service Support · Receive and log after-sales requests (warranty, goodwill, return requests) · Verify completeness and validity of submitted documents · Prepare and consolidate requests for internal approval · Prepare documents for Invoice adjustment · Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely processing 3. Lead Verification & New Customer Creation Support · Support verification of new customer leads before creation in the system: Check completeness and accuracy of required information (company name, tax code, address, contact details) & Validate supporting documents (business license, tax registration, etc.) · POSM & Logistics: Assist in managing and distributing Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM), including trial lens sets, brand signage, and brochures to customers. · Administrative & Procurement Support: Support the preparation of payment documents, invoices, and contracts for vendors · Provide on-ground support for workshops, events, product launches, and trade shows.

Yêu cầu

1. Education / Professional Certification 3rd/4th-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, or Communications. 2. Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics - Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel required);

Strong problem solving ability - Team player - Proactiveness - Willing to learn and take on new tasks - Fluent in English (spoken and written)
