This role primary mission is to manage the transition from "raw data" to "qualified opportunity." You will be responsible for warming up leads, qualifying interest, and scheduling high-quality meetings for the sales team while maintaining operational excellence within our CRM and localization platforms. Your

responsibilities:include, but not limited to: Lead Management & Nurturing : Execute cold calling and mailing to q ualify inbound leads and proactively nurture cold contact to generate interest, support in working closely with the agency to align on sales objectives. Pipeline Qualification : Follow up with Top-of-Funnel (TOFU) leads to verify intent, gather critical business information, and secure qualified meetings for the sales team. Data Segmentation: Sort raw company lists into segments and conduct background research on potential accounts to identify key stakeholders and business needs. Maintain high data integrity by accurately keying lead information and detailed conversation logs into the entergon CRM system. Content Localization : Support in managing website translations and localizing global content for distribution on local platforms like Zalo & Facebook.

Yêu cầu

Education / Professional Certification 3 rd or 4 th year student in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related discipline Interest in manufacturing, industrial segments is a plus.

Experience No prior experience is required, but any prior experience in sales operations or digital marketing is a plus.

Knowledge of marketing operations task such as list management, CRM, lifecycle automation is a plus.

Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics Organizational, good analytical thinking, good attention to details.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for raw data sorting and PowerPoint for stakeholder updates Good communication and writing skills in English Proactive, able to work well in teams, with a collaborative mindset for always improvement Working conditions & Other Attributes.

Able to commit to at least 6 months of full-time internship.
