RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Learning & Development Coordinate logistics, organizing training programs, workshops, and learning events. Assist in developing learning needs analysis, learning materials, presentations, toolkits, and communication. Support training evaluations and learning effectiveness measurement. Maintain learning records and training documentation. Support organization development initiatives that improve effectiveness, collaboration, and employee experience. Assist in documenting processes, frameworks, and HR programs. 2. Employee Engagement & Culture Support employee engagement activities, internal events. Collect employee feedback through surveys and other engagement tools. Contribute ideas to enhance employees engagement, experience.

Final-year student or fresh graduate in HR, Organizational Development or related field. Proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with design tools (Canva). Active listening and the ability to articulate ideas clearly, creatively. Proactive & growth mindset, desire to learn, ensure quality. Good English skills. Working location: Vinh Phuc.
