Contract Review Support Perform first-level review of customer, supplier, distributor, NDA, and other commercial agreements.

Identify deviations from SKF standard terms and highlight potential legal or commercial risks.

Prepare contract comparison summaries and risk assessment reports for review by Business Controller and management.

Track contract status, renewals, approvals, documentation completeness and ensure proper document filing.

Assist in improving contract workflows and digitalization initiatives.

Legal Research & Compliance Conduct legal research on Vietnamese laws and regulations relevant to SKF's operations.

Support assessment of legal impacts arising from new regulations.

Monitor regulatory updates and prepare compliance summaries.

Policy & Governance Support Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining local policies, procedures, internal guidelines.

Support implementation and communication of policy changes across the organization.

Maintain governance documentation and approval records.

Business Support Support legal and compliance-related projects.

Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and training materials.

Coordinate with Sales, Service, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, and other stakeholders when required.

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Law, Commercial Law, Economic Law, or Business Law.

Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Ability to read, analyze, and summarize complex commercial contracts and legal documents in English and Vietnamese.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills .

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Understanding of contract law and commercial transactions.

Basic knowledge of corporate governance and compliance.

Experience reviewing contracts, participating in moot courts, legal clinics, or legal internships is an advantage Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Previous internship or coursework related to contract law or corporate law and experience with legal research databases are preferred

Internship allowance: VND 5,000,000/month.
