Responsibilities:Develop and update detailed job descriptions to meet specific recruitment needs. Source and connect with potential candidates via various talent pools, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Zalo groups, and other relevant platforms. Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. Coordinate and arrange interviews, ensuring a seamless scheduling process. Create and submit comprehensive reports on recruitment activities and progress.

Requirements Virtual Work Proficiency: Comfortable and efficient in remote working environments.

Passion for Recruitment: A genuine interest in the HR field, especially talent acquisition.
