A. Recruitment (70%):
Collaborate with departments to identify recruitment needs and develop detailed job descriptions.
Plan and implement effective recruitment strategies through various channels (social media, job portals, headhunters, career events...).
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and organize in-depth interview rounds.
Manage applicant databases and build a pipeline of potential candidates.
Execute procedures related to new hire onboarding, ensuring employees integrate well into the work environment.
Build and maintain good relationships with recruitment partners, universities/colleges. B. Compensation &
Benefits:(C&B) (30%):
Research, analyze, and propose competitive compensation, bonus, and
benefits:policies that are market-aligned and compliant with legal regulations.
Manage and update the payroll system and salary scales, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Handle procedures related to social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and other welfare
benefits:for employees.
Address employee inquiries regarding compensation, bonuses, and
benefits:policies.
Participate in the development and implementation of performance appraisal programs and career development initiatives.
Prepare periodic reports on HR status, compensation costs, and related metrics.
Kỹ năng chính
Yêu cầu
University student (3rd or last year) or graduated in Human Resource Management field.
Having experience in recruitment skills and network (screening, interviewing, negotiation), communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Candidate with trong analytical, problem-solving, and independent working skills is preferable.
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
