Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, email, and the event website Assist in creating and scheduling content — captions, banners, short-form videos, and promotional posts — for both B2B and B2C audiences Help coordinate with designers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure marketing materials are delivered on time Monitor and compile basic performance data from social media and email campaigns (reach, engagement, open rates) Assist in maintaining and updating the marketing calendar, campaign trackers, and asset folders Support on-ground marketing and logistics during event days, including signage, registration, and visitor experience touchpoints Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and document preparation

University students (4th year) or recent graduates majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields Good written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English Basic proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Capcut, or Photoshop is a plus Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and social media platforms Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines Willing to be present on-site during event days, including occasional weekends
