DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: The core function is tracking quarterly price movements, primary and secondary supply in all property market asset classes.
The Research department cover multi tasks include: Variable population growth forecast modelling: provincial, district and development area level.
Analyze projected office and residential demand and supply gaps.
Support demand forecasts on related property segments: Resort, Residential, Retail etc.
Analysis of asking and sold price deviation.
Monthly updates of price band by asset class INTERNS' DUTIES: Update market information via calls, internet search, site inspections and other sources.
Analysis prediction and demand for related real estate sectors: Hotel/Resort, Resort, etc.
Enter data into a database or spreadsheet, ensuring that data is properly formatted and categorized.
Support analysis and other tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: Final-year students or recent graduates Detail-oriented, dynamic, and commercially minded individuals Good grades and active extracurriculars are an advantage Preferably from backgrounds in business, finance, or economics - though applicants from all disciplines are welcome Proficient in English Able to intern fulltime (4 months)
