About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our GSSC team. This internship provides hands-on experience in international logistics and supply chain operations, offering exposure to freight forwarder processes, documentation, customer service, and coordination with global stakeholders. Responsibilities:- Assist in preparing and checking shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.) - Update shipment status in internal systems and ensure data accuracy.

Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth end-to-end process.

Participate in daily operational tasks, including cost entry, invoicing, and reporting.

Support process improvement initiatives within the ocean freight team.

Qualifications - Undergraduate student or recent graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.

Strong interest in international trade, supply chain management, and logistics.

Basic knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping documentation is a plus.

Proficiency in MS O􀆯ice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and willingness to learn.  English proficiency (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
