Program Coordination & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and evaluate the full lifecycle of the Golden Owl Internship and On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs to ensure an impactful learning experience.
Training Design & Delivery: Assist in designing and delivering engaging training modules, including corporate orientation, company culture, essential soft skills, and foundational management skills.
Performance & Competency Tracking: Support the assessment of staff competencies, tracking performance metrics to help identify skills gaps and implement tailored improvement plans.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the HR team to organize company-wide training initiatives and design innovative employee engagement activities.
Cultivating Learning Culture: Actively promote and manage internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and people development activities to foster a continuous learning mindset.
Talent Acquisition Support: Lead the end-to-end selection and recruitment process for the upcoming cohorts of the Golden Owl Internship Program.
Agile Support: Execute ad-hoc projects and strategic tasks as assigned by the L&D Manager to support overall business growth.

Yêu cầu
Education: Final-year student or Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably majoring in English Linguistics, Economics, Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or related fields.
Language Proficiency: Strong English proficiency (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Core Competencies: Proven public speaking, presentation, and mentoring/coaching abilities.
Foundational knowledge of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) or a strong willingness to learn performance evaluation methods.
Preferred Experience: Prior experience in training, tutoring, or teaching English to children/adults is a highly valued asset.
Tech & Industry Savviness: Basic familiarity with IT terminology and concepts is a major plus (to easily blend into an IT Outsourcing environment).
Attributes & Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.
Possesses a dynamic, empathetic, and proactive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
Logistics: Must possess a personal laptop for daily operations.
