VSIP I Industrial Park, Thuan An City, Binh Duong About the Internship Are you looking for an internship where you can apply your engineering knowledge to real manufacturing projects? At Therm-X, interns are more than observers. You will work alongside experienced engineers, participate in daily operations, and complete a practical improvement project that creates measurable value for the business. This internship is designed to help students gain hands-on experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment while developing both technical and professional skills.

Responsibilities:Participate in assigned engineering projects under the guidance of Technical Mentors. Support daily engineering activities within the assigned department. Collect and analyze production or engineering data. Assist in process improvement, quality improvement, or productivity enhancement activities. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve engineering problems. Present the project results at the end of the internship program. 3rd or 4th-year university student.

Major in one of the following: Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechatronics Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Engineering Automation Engineering Or other related engineering disciplines.

Able to commit to a full-time internship for 03 months.

Passionate about engineering and continuous learning.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork.

Basic English reading skills are an advantage.

Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
