Supporting QC to check goods before leaving the warehouse to ensure the correct quantity and product as per the Delivery Note for Alchemy, BBC & NFG.

Update the Delivery Status on Link Deli.

Checking the status of BTL (label, customs stamp, barcode, customs declaration matches BTL stamp for MT’s orders, provincial delivery orders,… Checking the quantity and quality of products before importing to the warehouse from Trasas, other suppliers for Alchemy, BBC and NFG.

Checking stock, size, stamp, barcode as required (if any) from BOD, Sale, MKT, … Supporting QC to collect, reorder and store the copy delivery documents.

Other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Coordinator, preparing the order.

Internship duration: 6 months (Full-time: Mon – Fri from 9 am to 6 pm). Open for 4th year student or freshers in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / International Business majors. High level of written and spoken English. Proficient skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word). Passionate, hard-working, willing to learn.
