The Admin & HR Intern is responsible for supporting office administration & HR generalis t duties including but not limited to:

Manage office facilities, office supplies, handling correspondence, employee engagement, - Facilitate talent acquisition processes (Talent sourcing, Interview arranagement) Primary duties and

responsibilities:1. Administrative Support (Front office duties and general office administration) Manage office to make sure the clean desk policy is implemented Supporting in manage legal company stamp Support General director to review document in formatting and martrix authorization before signing and stamp Issuing and managing in/out going company letters Supporting Employee engagement activities (KOM, Team building, Year end party, SRC, Christmas, Birthday, earth day etc.), internal Viva Engage posts Attending guest / visitors in the company and distribution of mails Responsible for process of purchasing office/ pantry items: stationery, water, food,... Updating work phone list Assisting in manage lockers, cabinet Preparing and handling office access cards, employees ID cards and name cards. Office asset management (Non IT equipment), maintaining. Safety & security Supervise office cleaner's tasks ensuring absolute cleanliness and tidiness of the office space Prepare, issue and file office letters (If required) Other administrative duties and functions are assigned from time to time 2. HR generalist tasks Supporting in Talent sourcing, screening, interview arrangement Assisting in Onboarding process (personnel announcement, 1 st day letter) Supporting to following and collecting final OTP & JD, certificates (required) for all new employees Offboarding process (Resignation announcement) Another HR admin task such as ORG chart update.

Education / Professional Certification - Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, HR or any related fields 2.

Experience 3rd-year or 4th-year student Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 3.

Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics Good communication skills, ability to work in a team Good planning and analytical skills in managing daily office functions Excellent organizing and brainstorm in engage in internal activities.

Good command of spoken and written English Enthusiastic, careful, honest, responsible, proactive, eager to learn
