Support the daily operations of E-commerce orders to ensure smooth order processing.
Monitor and follow up on order packing with Stores and Warehouses.
Assist in handling order-related requests, including order cancellations, returns, and customer refunds.
Coordinate with the Customer Service team to resolve customer service tickets.
Support administrative tasks, documentation, and other duties assigned by the leader.

Preferred candidates are final-year student or Fresh Graduate in Business, IT, Economics, or Marketing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data cleaning/pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of visual storytelling and what constitutes “premium” fashion content.
Availability for full-time employment for a duration of 6 months.
Responsible with deadlines.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about digital platforms and media operations.
Proven attention to detail and follow-through.
