Purpose: To support the Sourcing Quality team in ensuring products meet Kingfisher quality, safety and compliance

The intern will assist Sourcing Quality Engineers/Technologists in product qualification, testing coordination, technical documentation management, factory follow-up activities and quality improvement projects while developing technical and quality management knowledge within an international sourcing environment. Main

responsibilities: Support Sourcing Quality Engineers/Technologists in product qualification and compliance activities. Assist in coordinating product testing with external laboratories and suppliers. Maintain and organize technical files, test reports and compliance documentation. Support the review of packaging, labels and instruction manuals against Kingfisher

requirements:. Follow up with suppliers on testing status, corrective action plans and documentation requests. Support investigation of quality issues and customer complaints by collecting and organizing data. Assist in preparing quality reports, presentations and project tracking documents. Participate in supplier visits, factory audits and product inspections when required. Coordinate with internal teams including Sourcing, QA, Supply Chain and Product Engineering to support project execution. Perform administrative tasks related to quality management systems and product compliance processes. Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects assigned by the Sourcing Quality team.
