Thực Tập Sinh Art Project Coordination Full-time

RESPONSIBILITIES: Directly receive design and art requests from external partners to review, evaluate, and provide constructive feedback on art assets to ensure strict alignment with project briefs and high artistic standards.

Act as a bridge between external partners and internal production teams (Art/Development) to streamline communication and finalize creative deliverables.

Support creative concept design and visual direction for game products when required.

Perform other art-coordination tasks assigned by the line manager.

REQUIREMENTS: Final-year students or fresh graduates in Multimedia, Communications students with a keen interest in Art products, and related fields.

Strong aesthetic mindset with a passion for gaming art, painting, and cinematography.

Good understanding of visual fundamentals (color, composition, lighting).

Basic proficiency in Photoshop (PTS), Illustrator (AI), and Figma is highly preferred.

Familiarity with generative AI tools (to assist in the creative and design process) is a plus.

Having a hobby in drawing or photography is a big plus.

Good time management, organizational skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.

Proactive, highly responsible, and open to constructive feedback.

Proficiency in English.
