Office Maintenance & Operation Allocate and manage the number of office supplies and devices; Monitor and process arising payments; Arrange and coordinate bus schedules and book hotel rooms; Support Receptionist tasks (mail, delivery services, call receiving and forwarding, etc.).
Utilities and Facilities (Procurement) Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts and terms; Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation; Prepare and present procurement reports.
Some other work as assigned by line manager.

Final-year students or recent graduates in related fields; Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team; A responsible attitude and the ability to work independently; Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Fluent English communication skills; Detail-oriented mindset & hard working.
