ABOUT US Baller Headwear is a caps manufacturer servicing foreign brands.

We are looking for a Pattern Designer.

For more information about our products and operation please visit our website: ballerheadwear.com WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE Create accurate digital 2D patterns based on tech packs, sketches, or CAD files.

Collaborate with product developers, and technical teams to translate creative ideas into production-ready virtual samples.

Adjust patterns based on feedback from fitting sessions and ensure alignment with construction techniques.

Support sampling team by providing pattern files Maintain digital pattern library Work closely with production teams to ensure patterns meet manufacturability and efficiency standards.

WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE 2+ years of experience in pattern making Solid knowledge of garment/headwear construction.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Basic English Ability to communicate and convey information clearly and effectively.

Organizational skills, progress monitoring, and time management.
