JOB DESCIPTION

Work with account dept. to get the client’s brief

Design all 3D materials for event based on brief

Be able to give out solutions, which are both workable and creative

Participate in brainstorming and developing concepts, ideas for events

Creative skills: Ability to create 3D models, animations, and dynamic graphic effects to deliver unique and impressive event experiences. Ability to design 3D spaces and content imagery based on client

requirements:and event objectives.

Technical knowledge: Understanding of rendering techniques, lighting, shading, and texture mapping. Ability to work with plugins and addons to enhance the performance and quality of the product.

Communication and teamwork skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Good communication skills, especially in presenting ideas and collaborating with other team members in the project.

Time management and application of knowledge: Ability to manage time and work under pressure to meet specific project deadlines. Demonstrates creativity and understanding of client needs in each project.

Flexibility and adaptability: Willingness to work flexibly in projects with sudden changes or

requirements:for additional effort in the final stages of the project.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D design, particularly in event organization or advertising.

Proficiency in using 3D design tools such as Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or Cinema 4D.

Proficient understanding of working with 3D files, animation, texture, lighting, and rendering.

University degree in graphic design, industrial design, graphic designer or commensurate experience… -

Proficient in using graphic design sofware : Illustrator, Photoshop, AI, 3dsmax, Sketchup, Autocad, lumion, unreal...

Knowledge of printing, material or multimedia tools - Experience in event industry is a plus

Good sense of marketing strategic & logical thinking, art, creative

Energetic with fresh and exciting new ideas and concepts.

Detailed and focused on quality and innovation

Quick learning and have a good team work

Time-management and the ability to cope with several projects at a time OTHER IFNOMATION:

Probation: 2 months

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 6:00 (flexible hours)

Welfare: o Lunch at the office from Monday to Thursday every week, snack on weekdays. o Monthly parking allowance for employees.

Other allowances :

Bonus for exceeding sales volume (if any): bonus according to company regulations when exceeding sales targets set for the year, bonus paid twice in February and June. o 13th month salary o Annual health check-ups at reputable medical facilities.
