Test Engineer

Test System Setup: Participate in the installation, operation, and maintenance of test equipment (Test Fixtures/ICT/FCT) for new product production lines.

Process Development: Establish test cases and testing procedures to ensure 100% of products meet technical standards before shipping.

Analysis & Optimization: Monitor yield rates, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for technical defects, and improve test programs...

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or Control Engineering.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a Test Engineer in EMS/Electronics manufacturing.

Deep understanding of PCBA testing.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in ICT (In-Circuit Test) and FCT (Functional Test).

Skilled in using measurement tools (Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Spectrum Analyzer, etc.).

Preferred: Basic programming (Python, C++, LabVIEW) or PLC knowledge.

Language: Good English...
