Temporary IT Support

MAIN DUTIES &

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Deploy/install, maintain, upgrade IT equipment and standard applications.

Support the school’s users to troubleshoot the problems occurring on their desktops including problems with IT equipment’s, OS and standard applications (Laptop, Desktop, iPad, Printer, Projector,) - Manage, update inventory for all IT equipment.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS Qualification/ Training:

At least Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent fields.

Experience in IT support (Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Projector, ..) Operating systems (Windows 10, 11) and various office applications.

Good command of English (both written and verbal).

Knowledge and experience in systems such as Cloud Computer, Azure AD is an advantage.
