Make outbound calls to industrial factories, using provided data.
Identify and gather critical information, including: Type of machinery/equipment used Maintenance and replacement needs Purchase frequency and budget Contact person (Maintenance, Engineering, Purchasing) - Introduce and promote industrial products such as bearings, seals, lubrication, condition monitoring equipment, tools, etc.
Record customer information and insights accurately into the C4C system: industry type, machinery details, maintenance cycles, call notes.
Coordinate with the Sales Engineers to qualify Leads and convert into Opportunities.
Submit daily/weekly reports on call volume, Leads, Opportunities.
Identify new Leads through other sources: AE ticket, Service report, Digital/Social, Inbound calls,...

Yêu cầu
At least 2 years of experience in Sales Admin and Sales Support environment.
Experience working with industrial products is preferred.
Strong customer‑centric mindset; ability to deliver a good experience through proactive follow‑up and service.
Telephone communication & remote selling skills for customer needs assessment and solution presentation.
Data accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to maintain proper documentation and version control.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience using SAP for order management is a plus.
Open minded to learn new things.
Strong attention to detail, ability to work across teams and organize tasks effectively.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic environment.
