Job Summary: The Technical & Development Support Manager is responsible for providing technical support to lubricant manufacturers, optimizing formulations, coordinating training with suppliers, and ensuring product suitability for the Vietnamese market.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Science, Oil & Gas, or related fields.

Master’s Degree is an advantage. Experience

At least 5 years of experience in lubricant manufacturing processes, or in R&D related to lubricant applications. Skills & Others

Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Proficient in PC and laboratory equipment operations.

Strong customer service mindset, enthusiastic and proactive.
