Male/Female, 27-46 years old Minimum 3–5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM application support, Enterprise software support, Technical consulting or advisory services Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement in roles such as Technical Advisor, Technical Support, or Developer Hands-on experience supporting enterprise customers in a global or outsourcing environment is highly preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with logical thinking.
Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends when required by business needs.
