2–3 years of experience in VFDs, automation, or power transmission (product, sales, BD).
Strong market knowledge and experience with competitor brands (Schneider, Siemens, ABB, Delta, Danfoss, etc.).
Extensive network within industrial automation, machinery, OEMs, and SI communities.
Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving business growth.
Degree in Electrical/Mechatronics/Automation.
