Technical Project Coordinator (Software Development)

* Location : Ho Chi Minh City (Hybrid) Position Overview We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator who can bridge the gap between Project Management, Developers, QA, and Customers. This position is not focused on coding. Instead, you will help manage software development progress, track issues, coordinate QA activities, and ensure smooth project delivery. You should be comfortable communicating with developers and understanding technical discussions related to software development.

Project & Development Coordination Manage and track GitHub Issues Monitor development progress and project schedules Follow up on blockers and delays Coordinate development activities between Developer teams and QA teams Support sprint planning and daily standup meetings Issue & Delivery Management Track issue status from Development → QA → Delivery Ensure issues are properly documented and updated Assist in release preparation and delivery coordination Prepare project status reports for management Communication Coordinate communication among Developers, QA, PM, and Customers Organize project meetings and follow-up actions Help clarify development

Must Have 3+ years of experience in Software Development, QA, Technical Support, or Project Coordination Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Experience using GitHub, Jira, or similar issue tracking tools Ability to communicate effectively with developers Good organizational and documentation skills Nice to Have Agile / Scrum experience Experience working with international teams Korean language skills are a plus What We Are Looking For We are not looking for a senior developer.
