Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields

5+ years of experience in embedded software or networking-related roles

Proven experience leading technical projects or mentoring junior engineers.

Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, QoS, etc.)

Experience with Linux development environments, shell scripting, and build systems (Makefile, cross-compiling, porting)
