Technical BA

Work with the project team to understand application changes and document them in Confluence (guidelines and templates will be provided) Work with Our BA team to understand how these changes impact the business and document them in Confluence Support the project team in communicating these changes to end users and assist in coordination during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Coordinate with stakeholders to complete required documentation for internal processes related to production deployment (Software Development Life Cycle process / Go-live)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields Experience: 3–5 years as a Business Analyst or Technical Writer in software development environments; understanding of software development processes Skills:Good communication skills Fast learner Basic proficiency with documentation tools (Confluence, MS Office) Ability to read and understand technical concepts (SQL, API, Backend, Frontend, Database, data models) Preferred CBAP / CCBA certification or strong experience in technical documentation
